The service at the resort truly stands out. The 24-hour front desk, concierge service, and express check-in and check-out made my stay smooth and hassle-free. Reflecting on my experience at Royal Decameron Punta Sal, I can confidently say that it offers great value for money.
During my stay at Royal Decameron Punta Sal, the staff at the reception didn’t speak English, which made communication challenging.

The quality of the food across these restaurants was top-notch. Post-dinner, the Lobby bar, with its elegant golden design, was the perfect spot for a relaxing cocktail.
I found the hotel’s facilities well thought out for relaxation and entertainment. The infinity and rooftop pools had stunning views, and the fitness center was perfect for staying active. The sauna and spa services provided a relaxing retreat. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with free high-speed internet, delicious complimentary breakfast, and other conveniences like bicycle rental and a snack bar.
The service at Iberostar Selection Miraflores impressed me greatly. Every detail was taken care of, from a smooth check-in and check-out process to the attentive staff. Reflecting on my stay, I believe the resort offers excellent value for money. The combination of its prime location, diverse dining options, and ample amenities makes it a superb choice for anyone visiting Lima.
However, during my stay at Iberostar Selection Miraflores, I found that the massages at the spa were quite pricey.

The dining options at the resort were a treat. At El Pardo al Mar, I enjoyed delicious meals, whether the buffet breakfast or the à la carte lunch and dinner. The food was a delightful blend of local and international flavors. For casual dining, the Glazz Bar offers a great selection of snacks, salads, and drinks, perfect for relaxing evenings.
With a pool, fitness center, and spa, there was no shortage of activities. The free high-speed internet and public parking were convenient, and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding. The direct beach access was a highlight, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful Paracas beachfront.
The service at the DoubleTree Resort was top-notch. The staff’s attentiveness made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service make it an ideal destination for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
However, I found it inconvenient that we were given only one key for our room.

The resort’s accommodations were both unique and comfortable. The bungalows and Bedouin tents provided a distinctive stay, equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and cable TV. Every room had a private balcony, a wonderful spot to unwind & soak in the views.
The dining experience at the resort was exceptional. The restaurant offered a menu that beautifully combined local and international cuisines. Each meal was a delightful exploration of flavors, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
There was no shortage of activities, from yoga classes to a game room, beach access, and various pools, including a rooftop pool. The sauna & spa were perfect for relaxation, and the availability of water sports equipment made beach days even more fun. For families, the kids’ club and various activities ensured entertainment for all.
The service here was top-notch. The staff’s attentiveness and the 24-hour security and concierge service made my stay comfortable and carefree. The hospitality level was commendable, making every moment at the resort enjoyable.
I noticed some drawbacks during my stay at Vichayito Bungalows & Carpas by Aranwa. The staff’s service was not very attentive, and the chalets and bungalows had a noticeable sewage smell.

I enjoyed the inviting bar and the full-service gourmet restaurant at Hotel Las Dunas. The restaurant offered an impressive range of international and local Peruvian dishes, perfectly paired with a selection of regional wines and piscos. I was particularly impressed by the exclusive grill, where the quality of the meat cuts stood out, adding a special touch to my dining experience.
The resort’s amenities were extensive. It had four swimming pools, a fitness center, a sauna, and a spa offering various treatments. The adventure activities like horseback riding and sandboarding added excitement to my stay. The kids’ club made it clear that families are well-catered for.
However, there were some areas of concern. The staff, particularly at the reception and on the phone, seemed less welcoming than expected. My room had issues, such as the shower and air conditioning not working properly and the cleaning not being thorough.

During my stay at Suites del Mar Mancora, I noticed the pool furniture was quite old and even fell apart, which was disappointing.

The hospitality provided by Julio, the lodge owner, and his wife was exceptional. Julio was not only a gracious host but also an incredible storyteller, sharing the history and culture of the Uros people. While my stay was largely positive, some guests may find the remote location challenging, especially those not used to cooler night temperatures. However, the lodge’s thoughtful amenities and the hosts’ warmth more than make up for these minor inconveniences.
